Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Mysitee (the “Service”), operated by Flintr Technologies, based in India. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Description of Service

Mysitee lets writers create a personal blog, publish posts through a distraction-free editor, customize their site’s font, color, and layout, and, on paid plans, connect a custom domain and let readers subscribe to new posts by email.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account, keep your login credentials confidential, be at least thirteen years old, and are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Your Content & Responsibilities

You retain ownership of everything you write and publish on Mysitee. You’re responsible for making sure you have the right to publish what you post, and that it doesn’t infringe on anyone else’s rights or break the law. Mysitee may remove content that violates these Terms.

5. Reader Subscriptions

Readers who subscribe to your blog do so voluntarily through the subscribe form on your site. Subscriber email addresses are provided to you so you can reach your own readers, not for resale, bulk unsolicited email, or any use unrelated to your Mysitee blog.

6. Subscription Plans and Billing

Free Plan

The free tier includes a mysitee.com address, unlimited writing and publishing, the distraction-free editor, theme customization, and a private writing dashboard with analytics.

Mysitee Pro — Subscription

Pricing: $14.99 per year.

Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically each year unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Cancellation: You may cancel anytime from Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds apply except where required by law.

Price Changes: We’ll give you advance notice of any pricing changes. Continued use of the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the new price.

Payments

Payments are processed by Dodo Payments. Mysitee does not store your card details; we retain only your transaction ID and subscription status.

Refunds

Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or at our sole discretion.

7. Intellectual Property

Flintr Technologies owns the Mysitee platform, its branding, code, and functionality. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without authorization. You retain ownership of the content you publish; by publishing it on Mysitee, you grant us a license to host and display it as part of operating the Service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time from Settings → Account → Delete my account.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We don’t guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

10. Limitation of Liability

Flintr Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of revenue or data.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Indian courts.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
